We will give cash refunds for booked services ONLY if work on the service hasn't begun and minus a 25% booking fee. Once work begins on any services, we will not give cash refunds. We give every customer our good faith effort and communicate clearly and freely beforehand. However, we cannot promise or give estimates of sales, downloads, or other metrics or measurable outcomes due to the variable nature of the book market.
We do not provide refunds for our monthly subscription program because the information is renewed each month.
In the event a customer is not happy with the services received, please reach out to us and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
